These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://ph.keeper-official.com (the "Website") and the related Keeper Philippines Inc. ("Keeper", "we", "us") services. By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your login details confidential and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Product information and prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and the available payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery. Estimated delivery times and delivery fees are shown at checkout. Times are estimates and may vary by location and courier. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.
Problems with your order. Please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, and include your order number and a photo. If the claim is valid we will, at your choice where available, replace the item or refund you.
Hygiene products. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery.
Refunds. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after approval, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Philippine consumer-protection law.
5. Subscriptions
If we offer subscription or recurring purchases, the products, price and how to cancel will be shown before you confirm. You choose the reorder interval yourself (for example every 15, 20 or 25 days), and each order is placed automatically on that schedule using the payment method you selected. We do not ask for or use health or menstrual-cycle information to set the schedule. You can change the interval, skip an order, or cancel before the next order is processed, using the method shown at sign-up. Recurring payments are charged only with your agreement to the payment method you choose.
6. Age and minors
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may create an account and place orders only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of the Website and for any purchase, and who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 or that you have this permission.
Children under 13 cannot create an account. A parent or guardian may place an order for a child and name the child as the recipient. Payment for orders made by or for young people should be made by, or with the approval of, the parent or guardian, for example by cash on delivery or with the parent's or guardian's payment method.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, Keeper brand, logos, videos and content belong to Keeper or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Social media and TikTok integration
Keeper publishes content on official social media accounts, including through an application called Keeper Content Publisher that uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API for Keeper's own authorised accounts. Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. Some videos may be labelled as AI-generated.
9. Health and product information
Product information is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Keeper is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer-protection law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them will be brought before the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines, without prejudice to any right you have under consumer-protection law to bring a claim elsewhere.
