Customer Story Promotion — Promo Rules
Who can enter. Anyone who has a social media account of their own, connects it when applying, and meets that platform's minimum age. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree: they add their name and email on the form and tick one box, and if you are selected we email them once to let them know. They do not need to reply; if they do not agree, they can reply within 7 days and we will stop and delete the entry. If you are under 18, we encourage you to read these rules and the privacy notice together with a parent or guardian.
How to enter. Share your story on the "Share your story" page, add at least one of your own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and so on; you may add up to five), attach 1 to 3 photos of yourself (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each), enter your birth year, and tick the box to confirm you have read these rules and the Privacy Policy.
One application, two kinds of video. You send a single application and you do not need to choose a category. Based on what your story is about, we decide internally whether it becomes a Short-form video (up to about 3 minutes) or a Story video (longer than 3 minutes). In both, you are the main character. We aim to choose 1 Story winner and 3 Short-form winners each week. These numbers are goals, not promises, and may change depending on our production capacity.
How winners are chosen. Entries are scored on three things: your story (40%), your social media activity (30%) and how well your story can be turned into a video (30%). We do not score appearance or follower counts. We use only the information you give us or make public on the accounts you add. Star ratings and reviews are not part of the score. A person approves every winner. Stories about sensitive matters are reviewed by a person.
How we tell you. We contact winners directly by email or by message on the account you connected. We do not publish a public list of winners; we show a story on the website only if you agree separately.
What winners receive. A video made by AI, with you as the main character and Kee and PER in supporting roles. It is a gift. We send you the finished video through a private link. You may keep it, and you may post it on your own accounts as delivered. If you do not like it, you do not have to post it yourself. We will always publish the finished video on Keeper's official channels and website gallery. There is no payment or other reward.
Using your video. The video is delivered as a finished work. Please do not edit, re-edit, crop, add to or change it, and do not remove the AI label or the Keeper credit. Please do not use it for advertising or for other brands. The link is private; please do not share the link publicly.
What we need from winners. A photo or video for making the video, confirmation that it shows you, your agreement to the AI video notice, and your agreement that we publish the finished video on Keeper's official channels and website. We ask for this before we start making your video. If these are missing, the prize goes to the next entry.
Your photo and your data. The original photo is deleted right after the video is made. If you are not selected, we delete your entry data within 30 days after winners are announced. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop, by emailing cs_ph@keeper-official.com.
AI label. The video is AI-generated and may carry an AI label on the platforms where it is posted. Please keep the label when you post it.
