Keeper Philippines Inc. ("Keeper", "we", "us") operates the website https://ph.keeper-official.com and the social media channels and applications described below. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and order information — name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order and payment status. Card and e-wallet details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Website usage information — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and cookies needed to run the site.
  • Messages you send us — customer service enquiries and their content.
  • Social media interactions — public comments and messages you send to Keeper's official social media accounts.

We do not collect or store sensitive personal information such as health or menstrual-cycle information through this website. If you choose a subscription, you select the reorder interval yourself (for example every 15, 20 or 25 days) and we use only that interval to schedule your orders. If we ever offer a feature that needs health information, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent first.

3. How we use information

  • to process orders, delivery, returns and customer support;
  • to operate and secure the website;
  • to respond to enquiries and comments;
  • to send service messages, and marketing messages only where you have agreed;
  • to comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

4. TikTok integration (Keeper Content Publisher)

Keeper uses an application called Keeper Content Publisher so that authorised Keeper staff can publish videos to Keeper's own TikTok accounts using TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API.

  • Only Keeper's own authorised account administrators sign in with TikTok. We do not ask members of the public to connect their TikTok accounts.
  • When an administrator authorises the app, we receive from TikTok the account's open ID, display name and an access token. We use the token only to publish content the administrator has reviewed and chosen to post, with the privacy setting the administrator selects.
  • We do not use the token to read private messages, to follow or message other users, or to collect data about other TikTok users.
  • Access tokens are stored securely with restricted access and are deleted when an administrator disconnects the account. An administrator can also revoke access at any time from TikTok's app settings.
  • Videos we publish may be labelled as AI-generated where they are created with AI tools.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, payment, delivery, and messaging providers), and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cross-border processing

Our systems are hosted with service providers that may store data outside the Philippines. Where this happens we require appropriate safeguards consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may: be informed about how your data is processed; access and obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; object to processing or withdraw consent; request suspension, blocking or deletion in the cases the law allows; be indemnified for damages from unlawful processing; and complain to the National Privacy Commission (https://privacy.gov.ph). 9. Children and young people

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; children under 13 cannot create an account. Young people aged 13 to 17 may create an account and place orders only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Where an order is for a young person, we encourage the parent or guardian to place it and to name the young person only as the recipient, so that we collect only the delivery details needed. We do not use children's or young people's personal information for profiling or for targeted marketing, and we keep the information we hold about them to what is needed to deliver their orders. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete information relating to a child in their care. If we learn that information was collected in a way that does not meet these standards, we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures, including access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions, to protect personal information. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required by law.
